Reception Team

Megan, Alysha, and Jamie provide dedicated support to Dr. Roscoe, Dr. Jinnah, and Dr. Moreau, while Cheyenne and Tanner assist Dr. King, Dr. Stacey, Dr. Garcia, and Dr. Hosseini. As the first point of contact for our patients, they coordinate appointments, manage communications, and facilitate the daily operations of the clinic. Their professionalism, organization, and commitment to patient service help create a welcoming and supportive environment.

Office Manager

Amanda, our Office Manager, is the “jack of all trades” who keeps the clinic running seamlessly behind the scenes. She works closely with our physicians on scheduling, planning, and budgeting while overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and organization.

Admin / Runner Team

Our in-house administrative team includes Natalee and Louise, both of whom play essential roles in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Natalee serves as a cornerstone of our office operations. She coordinates pharmaceutical representative appointments, manages physician scheduling, facilitates communication with insurance providers, and oversees a variety of additional administrative responsibilities. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are integral to maintaining efficiency and continuity of care within our practice.

Louise supports our daily clinical workflow by assisting with patient intake and obtaining vital signs prior to physician evaluation. Her professionalism, clinical competence, and commitment to patient care make her a highly valued member of our team.
