BestCare (COPD & CHF) Program

For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), our specialised Best Care COPD program focuses on management strategies, medication reviews, and lifestyle modifications to improve quality of life.

For patients with congestive heart failure (CHF), our specialised Best Care CHF program provides comprehensive management, including medication optimisation, symptom monitoring, and lifestyle guidance. Our goal is to enhance quality of life and support long-term heart
