Booking Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled by calling +1 705-495-2685. Online booking is available for select appointment types.Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Our clinic is a zero-tolerance environment for disrespectful behavior.Respect & Courtesy: Patients and visitors must treat all staff and other patients with respect and professionalism.No Verbal Abuse: Rude behavior, foul language, shouting, or threats towards staff or others will not be tolerated.Zero Tolerance for Aggression: Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or violence will result in immediate removal from the clinic and possible permanent expulsion.Failure to follow this policy may result in being discharged as a patient and/or security involvement.

OHIP Coverage: We accept OHIP, but some services may not be covered.Uninsured Services: Certain medical forms, procedures, and travel consultations may require payment.Payment Methods: We accept cash & Cheques

Patient Information: All medical records are confidential and protected under privacy laws.Test Results: For privacy reasons, most results require a follow-up appointment.No Sharing of Medical Information: We can only discuss a patient’s medical details with the patient or an authorized individual.

Prescription Renewals: Please contact your pharmacy to submit a renewal request to your physician directly. This is the most efficient and streamlined way to have your prescription renewed as quickly as possible.Please note that all prescriptions can take up to 10 Business Days to fill.

Fragrance-Free Policy: To accommodate individuals with sensitivities, we ask that patients avoid wearing strong fragrances.Children & Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
