We are working with Health Care Connect to find you a Physician as soon as one comes available. Per PHIPA privacy standards, we will only be contacting those patients from Health Care connect to be selected if one doctor becomes available to accept new patients.
If you live in the area (See Map) and you currently do not have a family doctor we can aid in finding you one.
Register yourself and/or family for Health Care Connect, as any doctors accepting patients will search for patients there. Any patients that have already contacted the clinic, are free to also register on HCC, but please note that many doctors in our area do pull from the list so you may be registered with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner outside of our clinic.
