We work in partnership with Health Care Connect to help connect patients with a primary care provider as availability arises. In accordance with privacy standards, we will only contact individuals who have registered through Health Care Connect if a physician becomes available to accept new patients.
If you live within our service area and do not currently have a family doctor, we encourage you to register yourself and/or your family with Health Care Connect. Physicians in our region regularly use this program to identify and attach new patients.
Please note that by registering with Health Care Connect, you may be matched with a physician or nurse practitioner at any clinic within the region, not exclusively at Near North Medical Clinic.
